Do you watch holiday movies? Do you always notice how the homes seem perfectly styled with just the right amount of new accessories and timeless family heirlooms to make it cozy? Well we perfectly achieved this look with Bronco’s family room.

When introducing new accessories, the key is to bring in varying textures and styles. When your pairing family pieces on an open shelf you don’t want to mix them with too many modern accessories. You want your new pieces to look as timeless as your old. For these shelves, you can see we also paired some of the clients plants as well, to bring some fresh life to soften the space.

Styling open shelving can be tricky. You need to bring a good balance to either side, especially if they aren’t the same size like the ones shown above. We used vases and candlesticks along with stacks of books to add varying heights.

Here you will see our Enzo candle holder, Jonah candle holder, and Brooks candle holders. We balanced out the height of the candlesticks with a combination of low bowls like our Madeline concrete bowl with the short Lina vase and our Lina scalloped vase. We also brought in a combination of wood and marble with our Everest wood tray, Alice marble arch, Aubree Small and Large, and our Sawyer chain. To add height to a stack of books, we placed our custom RRI Candle collection.
