Channel Islands PROJECT
This entire 2500 square foot remodel took place in the Channel Islands Harbor and has the most epic view of the harbor. This was once a Tommy Bahama kingdom and when my clients purchased the house we knew immediately it had to go. They wanted a modern feel but lots of richness and warmth. And that is exactly what was captured. Each space has its own focal point whether it’s the custom wood detail on the walls and ceilings, or the custom woodworking on the primary bedroom wall. When designing this residence we knew we wanted bold colors to offset all the wood elements we brought in. The bold tile choices in both bathrooms gave the exact dramatic look we were after. This is a modern sanctuary but doesn’t feel cold or uninviting due to the layers of warmth and textures throughout.
