At any given time, RRI has between 18-25 open projects on our books. They are all at different stages of the process, but I thought it would be fun to show you some of our projects that are in the design phase and building phase to get you excited for whats to come!
Our OO Ranch Project which is a new build located in Placenta Canyon on a beautiful property surrounded by GIANT oak trees! This project we have been working on since 2021! This 5 bedroom 4.5 bath one story home is layered with LOTS and I mean LOTS of wood details, brass fixtures and beautiful stone inside and out!
Our Hidden Hills Project which is nestled in the hills of Calabasas is a complete remodel with addition and is the opidme of a RRI Refined California Casual style! Lots of white oak woods, mixed with warm whites, and layered with raw and organic feeling tiles; and of course plaster and lime wash throughout!
And last, but definitely not least, our Paradise Project which is just down the street from our Hidden Hills Project. Our Paradise Project is a new build but our focus will be on the downstairs living areas! This beauty is a little more modern than some of our other designs but doesn’t lack that welcoming and warm feel that some modern homes are missing! We have warmed up this home with the use of layers of wood tones in the kitchen, beams in the main living spaces, and roman clay wall treatments throughout!
